Biographies

The Pastor, Fr. Alfred J. Harris was born in Weston, W.Va. in 1943. He attended Catholic elementary and High School there, graduating from Central Catholic High School in Wheeling W.Va . He graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University and after service in the US Army he attended the University of Notre Dame law School and practiced law in W.Va and Washington, DC before entering the seminary in 1990. He was ordained in 1994 and served at St.Patrick Church in Rockville, MD and Our Lady Queen of Peace Church before coming to St. Mary's in 2006.
